Fast and easy process to pick up the truck and also to drop it off. I just walked in and hadn't made an appointment after my moving company canceled on me yesterday. I was able to get the truck yesterday and return it today.
Currently renting a storage unit from this location. So far everything has been good. The staff are friendly and helpful. I like that they provide carts to help you move your stuff to and from your unit. I also like that they provide a place where you can leave items that you no longer need or want for others who might need them. I also really like the security measures they have to protect my property. Video monitoring, check-in system, and door alarms to name a few. My only complaint is that it is kinda dark in my storage unit. I'm not sure if the lights are supposed to come on when the motion sensors are triggered, but they don't and I have a hard time seeing when I'm in the unit.
I've used this place several times. They're great to work with. Very prompt and professional. The uhaul website could use a little work but that's certainly not the fault of this location
