The owners were every friendly in assisting us as we were having difficulties checking in. The truck was SUPER clean and very well maintained.
Great customer service & the lady working inside was so welcoming & Friendly!!! Much better experience than my visit to another location in Pensacola. Thank you for loading the boxes for me without me even having to ask. (as I am pregnant & not suppose to lift things) Will continue to drive out of my way just to use this location!
Spent a lot of time and effort researching local storage for vehicles and stuff. This was the best one in the area and the on-site managers are awesome.

THESE ARE SOME OF THE SWEETEST AND KINDEST U-HAUL STORAGE MANAGERS THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN! IT IS REFRESHING TO SEE A GREAT COMPANY RUN BY SUCH A HAPPY MARRIED COUPLE. THE FACILITIES ARE CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED AND CUSTOMERS' NEEDS ARE PROMPTLY AND JUSTLY ANSWERED. I OCCASIONALLY STOP BY JUST TO CHAT! WONDERFUL PEOPLE AND WONDERFUL PLACE!
The people here are nice, but U-Haul has come up with all kinds of ridiculous forms and pictures to cover their liabilities. It's easier to rent a car then a lil old trailer. I rented online, but is still took 40 minutes to out of there.
