I bought two bundles of medium boxes from this place and when I started packing realized that those boxes are a little large for a lot of things so I returned one bundle of medium boxes and exchanged it for small boxes and bubble wrap. Their system was down so they couldn’t get in to make all the changes necessary so they kept my receipt. When I went in today to return the unused boxes they refused to refund any of my money because I didn’t have a receipt due to the fact that THEY KEPT IT WHEN I MADE THE EXCHANGE and because I didn’t pay with a credit card and used cash there was “nothing they could do”. Apparently the fact that the unused perfectly clean boxes that I have say U-Haul all over them isn’t enough for them to know that I got the boxes from them. I will never use U-Haul again

Charged over 27 for less than 3 gallons of propane. My fault I didn’t get a receipt. I only go to this location because it is convenient, but I’m done. Rarely is it a pleasant experience here.

DO NOT! get a trailer hitch installed here! They have no idea what they are doing. I have one installed in my wife's 2020 RAV4 and the wiring they installed blew the fuses for the parking break turning her dashboard into a Christmas tree. We had to get it towed to the dealership for them to remove the wiring they had installed. I took it to a different UHaul location and they couldn't believe the butcher job that they had done. Some of the wires were even installed backwards! Incompetent

Have boxes marked down. Won't actually sell them for the sale price. Blames the "system" for not being able to sell them. Terrible customer service. Won't be using this place again.

SCAM 'free month' never received a free month. They admitted it was an error on there side, and would correct it. 4 months later nothing.

I wish I could give less than 1* for their customer service and negligence. My friend and I rented a 10' truck around 2 PM on Feb 6, 2021 and returned it on the same day at 4.57 PM. Uhaul employee checked-in the vehicle and said he will email the receipt. We received a call on Feb 7 at 9.00 AM from Uhaul, yelling at us about the rental due. Employee who verified the return vehicle didn't log the return, and the employee who called us didn't check their inventory and started yelling at us. The three agents we spoke to were rude and won't listen to what we say. They didn't even want to see our gas receipts. All they go by is their current logs which says the vehicle is returned at until 9.30 AM and we didn't fill the gas. We filled 8.50 gas (at 2.08/gallon) for 31 mile usage. These untrained rude employees charged us 15 for gas. Are there vehicles so inefficient that they consume 25 worth gas for 31 miles?

My boyfriend and I made a reservation online with our debit card information to have a truck rental for when we moved out of our apartment, a week and a half before our move out date. When we arrived at the store, the two employees who helped us told us they couldn’t give us a truck until the next day because their website doesn’t check with them if they have a truck available or not. We had to be moved out by that day, and instead of checking to see if another uhaul had an available truck, they just continued to giggle and didn’t help us at all. We had to drive to two different uhauls until we finally found a great one off of Coit Rd where the people were very helpful.
