First the gave me a truck with a busted light. I got pull over Second the tires were low...no one answered for Road Side Assist Third the brakes were scrubbing Forth I was over change for my services. I rented it for 2 days but only use it one day. But still got charged for two days plus other charges. Don't understand it

Nicole Crawford was very pleasant. She greeted everyone with a smile on her face . She was professional at all times. Easy check in and return.
Everything was fine until I had to return the truck. The self 24/7 app kept starting over and would not let me return the truck through the app. For what I had to go through I will just go and do everything on the inside from now on.
The lady who took care of us was very pleasant. U-haul’s prices are decent and this was a good location for me.

Everything was great from the customer service to the vehicle and return...even when i had to extend the amount of time i had the truck there were no issues. Great service overall!
