I have rented more than once from this location. It is my preferred location. I have had great customer experience. Brittani is the newer GM & she is wonderful! She handled glitches in the system & rectified matters I had questions about after my transaction was complete. This is a busy location. Be patient and I hope your experience was as good as mine.

Brittany is AMAZING! I was dealing with an issue for over 2 weeks with U-Haul from another location in which my reservation was messed up and they ended up charging me. U-Haul's corporate customer service was absolutely no help. Brittany from this location helped me correct all the information as well as the unauthorized charges. She even contacted me after hours and took all necessary steps to ensure this was fixed and wouldn't happen to anyone else. Thank you so much Brittany! I appreciate everything!

This location is not located on the base. It is right off the 495 exit, which is super convenient for us. Customer service here is always awesome and they always have the packing supplies I need. I had a hitch put on my truck here and I usually rent trailers from them as well. I've never had an issues with the truck either, hubby and I rented cargo vans quite a few times to get drywall for his jobs, they are cheaper than renting a pick up from Home depot. I ship things to my family internationally all the time and they always have the boxes I need to ship items as well.

Drive here for propane and apparently only the general manager can fill propane and he’s gone. Not a fan of wasting my time and gas

Mr. Chris and Mr. Paul turned horrible day into miracle... Let me say everytime I come to this location the staff has been professional and courteous... But today Mr. Chris and Mr. Paul went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed ... They worked for literally hours on the phone and in person to make sure we weren't left with no truck to move to our new home ... I will recommend this location to everyone... Thank you guys...

William, Anthony, and Uncle T are the friendliest bunch I've seen in a long time. They were fast, courteous, and funny. They didn't just get us all set with our trailer rental, they also made a repair to our wiring harness when we realized that it had been cut. I observed them dealing with other customers, and was impressed by their "bedside manner." I would rent from them any time, and I recommend anybody in the DC metro area to come to this U-Haul location. I'm have no doubt that they consistently provide extraordinary customer service.

Staff is awesome and very accommodating to your needs even if when your returning or picking up from the wrong location. Their turn around on trucks is less than five minutes. Great experience all four times renting with them.
