So far so good! The location we went to was very well stocked with everything you need to pack your home, tow anything lock whatever, tie something down, tape stuff up, pad stuffand just everything the person who helped us get our truck (20' truck) was awesome! Very friendly fast and helpful! I was very about this move but he was very helpful and like I said so far so good. Going from Anchorage to whittier riding the ferry to kodiak so I'll update after we return the truck to the kodiak location.

Staff has been helpful, knowledgeable and professional each of my 5 rentals. I gave it 3 stars because they are woefully understaffed. Resulting in long waits for pickup and drop off.

Needs parking directions in the back sometimes you can’t get through. No ramp or elevator for handicapped people and difficult to move heavy objects up and down stairs.
