Last year my husband and I tried to rent a truck, the man at the counter didn’t bother to look for one or check, he just said I don’t have one. Online it said they did, so I called uhaul customer service and they confirmed they DID have PLENTY available. So we went back and rented one. Now today they weren’t open at 7 (didn’t show up until 8) when online and the door states they open at 7am. The man is very rude and doesn’t have proper customer service skills. I don’t suggest renting from this location.
