Customer Service is non existent at this location! Reserved online so we did not have to wait in line, still had to wait in line for 30 minutes! Then the people who were there were rude while helping us. Truck was horribly shakey on highway. Took another 30 minutes to return the truck. Moving is one of the most stressful things a person does. U-haul just adds to that. I work in real estate in Sharonville and was providing my customers u-hauls contact info. But after my own experience I will never recommend them again.

Lucas and rest of the staff are the best in town. I used them for renting a moving van and remembered they do hitch installations. Got me in the very next day and was done in under an hour. Not only the lowest in town, but best service, too. Everyone is friendly and easy to do business with there. Highly recommend them for your moving and hitch needs.
