Terrible service! They shouted and screamed at me when I quietly went to pick up sails, after I didn’t want to perform any work on my sails. They also held me hostage closing doors and refusing to allow me to leave unless I handed them my credit card. I’ve ordered thousands of dollars’ worth of UK sails from a different loft, will never order UK sails again. They treat you horribly!
