Eric worked with me for about 30 minutes to troubleshoot the issues I was having with my Samsung Galaxy S20. He was prompt, knowledgeable and very friendly. My problem was resolved before I left AND I wasn't charged a thing. I will definitely be returning for future issues with all of my devices! Thanks Eric!!!!

I dropped my phone and the screen underneath my screen protector cracked. I called the insurance company and within a few hours they were literally on my front porch to replace the screen on my phone. It took no more than 30 minutes. My phone looks brand new. Speedy service and super professional. Could not be more satisfied!

I came in with an iPhone that wouldn’t respond to touch and Kyle was able to help me out and had it fixed with a new screen within an hour! He was super nice and very helpful! It was a super easy experience and I would recommend this location to everyone. I’ll definitely be coming back with any future phone or laptop issues!

Overall, great service. When issue that was under warranty couldn't be fixed, they recommended reaching out to the manufacturer. Which ended up being a great idea, my phone was replaced for free. Very knowledgeable employees

Do NOT use this store or company if you value your property. I dropped my son’s phone off because the charging port was broken. They said they could replace the part and did so within a few days. However, when they called they told me that the phone was not staying powered up and was running sluggishly and they believed that the new part may be causing the problem. They said they would work with their manager to investigate possible solutions. I never heard back from them so I called back over the course of several days and was told that they would order a new part and try again. I didn’t hear back from them for several more days and I had to call repeatedly to get a status. At this point they started becoming rude and losing patience. The manager told me that if I didn’t hear anything it was because the part hadn’t come in and they would let me know when it did. After several weeks I finally called back and was told that the new part did not fix the problem and that they believed the motherboard had been damaged during the repair. I was told once again they would speak to their manager to investigate how to make this right with me. When I didn’t hear back I called and spoke with a manager at the store, Kyle. Kyle was no longer pleasant to work with and told me that he was still waiting to hear from his manager and that he was not authorized to do anything else for me. I asked if he was going to push for a solution in a timely manner and he repeated that he had to wait for his manager. I asked for the manager’s phone number, which he gave me. I have called that manager and have not received a callback. I believe I am running out of options if I don’t hear back from someone soon. I am now paying for a phone that doesn’t work any monthly service that my son cannot use. I would highly recommend finding another store or company to fix any problem you may have based on my experience.

I‘ll start off by saying I am no stranger to phone repair establishments. My phone screen needed to be replaced (yet again), and I’m almost grateful it shattered because I had the opportunity to receive such extraordinary service from the employees here. The repair itself was fast and satisfactory-but Kyle and Brandon’s friendly demeanor, as well as their above and beyond knowledge and eagerness to assist, made certain I will go nowhere else in the future. I live about half an hour away-with a number of phone repair businesses closer to me in distance, but after my experience here, none other will be considered if needed in the future. My screen has been replaced before elsewhere-Kyle made sure I was aware that there were internal components missing in my device due to previous work done on it. He ensured everything was in place and functioning before returning my device. I encourage anyone who needs work done on their device to head here as you won’t be disappointed! And if you’re about to do something risky that might end up with your phone shattering or not functioning in some way-don’t hesitate to do it as you will be blessed with the quality service of these guys!!
