They fixed my Samsung Galaxy Note phone screen to be like new. I thought my phone was done for. But they were able to fix it, and make my phone as if I just bought a brand new phone. 4 stars because I gave them my partner's number to call me when it was ready, and they never called my partner. I had to call the store an hour and 15 minutes before they closed and ask them if it was finished. Oddly enough the store texted my phone number to tell me it was ready, but they had my phone... Other than the fact that they didn't tell me my device was ready: service was excellent, staff was friendly, and the repair was great.

I went to this uBreakiFix for a quote on my charge port. It turned out that it only needed a cleaning, which they did and didn't even charge me for it. I am very impressed with their customer service. I will go back in the future.
