Literally forgot about fixing my phone. First time, they either ordered the wrong part or were "sent" the wrong part. It has been 4 weeks now since they told me my correct part would come in and I ended up buying a new phone since I was pregnant and due to deliver any time. Made 3 separate trips, an hour plus one way.

Andre was great! My phone is constantly losing signal such that I cannot use my data plan. He checked out my connections and settings, and told me the problem was very likely to be needing a new SIM card. He also took the time to answer my questions about cell phone frequencies, 5G, and other things.
It's been about a month since I've had my screen replaced. I called multiple places from literally Birmingham to Huntsville and they're the only people that had my screen in stock , could do it same day and also had the lowest prices compared to every other place I called for quotes. Which includes a 90 day warranty, so far so good.
I was very skeptical at first but the two men that I encountered were amazing!! I couldn’t ask for better service and my screen looks amazing! They said two hours and they had it finished in exactly two hours! Really do recommend them! 10/10 for sure!!
I signed up for asurion insurance plan a few months ago. The company repairs or replaces any device that is linked with Wi-Fi. It costs 25 a month, and every claim you file there is a fee of 99 or less depending on the device being repaired. So when my laptop went out I was told to bring it to this company. The employee turned on laptop and said I would have to file a claim. So I had to go home call the customer service department and was told that the store should have fixed it. Long story short, I started attempting to get my laptop fixed at least a month ago and I'm waiting on the company/warehouse to fix and ship it back to me. This is the first time I have filed a claim and not happy with this process.
