Staff was very helpful however I was sold two right feet of a boot for my son! Upon trying to call the store phone number printed on the receipt the next day, it was out of service! Please add a current phone number on the receipts and check the shoes before selling to customers who live over an hour away and can not easily return!

Staff members are friendly and courteous
I walked in and there were girls talking in the front of the store. There was no greeting no acknowledgement at all. They all moved to talk in the back and they would walk past me annoyed that I was there in the first place. Also this store has a retail section with no discount at all. I tried on a few pairs of uggs and still no questions or anything. I would rather shop small and local at the Clinton Bootery.
This store an 90 percent of the others in this shoping plaza are totally over priced an literly more than an actual store ..a complete scam an misleading shoppers...the only store here that does give discounts is coachthats allshame on this outlet
