Ticketmaster does not treat their disabled customers with much respect. I am so disappointed with the way they did me. I don't ask for much don't really get to go to many events. The Chris Stapelton concert will b the 1st event in 4 years. When I called to request seats to accommodate my disability they changed our (2) lower level seats to the top of the stadium. PTSD is different for each person. Along with a bad knee (lots of steps) they refuse to accommodate us unless we pay over 200. That's b.s. they should have stated where they were changing tickets to instead they said they were better seats. So now instead of enjoying something i have been dreaming about & saving for I'm going to be miserable. Piece of advice don't tell Ticketmaster you're disabled because they will stick you in a corner where you can't be seen. I guess their video sales are more important than their customers. Disappointed & heartbroken.
