I have been a customer of River Valley Radio for 30 years, a pretty extraordinary number for any small business these days, and the reason has always been excellent service coupled with deep knowledge of their business. I work in the film & video industry where a lost minute due to poor communications can literally cost hundreds of dollars and these folks have kept my radios in prime shape for decades.

As a first reaponder and the guy who is assigned to radio and pagers at my fire company. River Radio is the go to place for the repair needs. I always get the answer i need or we work on it together. Awsome customer service.
