How great can beef taste. Had several of the cuts of beef and am amazed by the quality of the meat. If you have a steak as you get closer to the bone you can taste the grassiness of the beef. The hamburger is superb along with all the other cuts. I was concerned how it would arrive at my home, it arrived on time and in beautifully shrunk wrapped frozen packages. Yummmmmm
