Highly recommend Ultimate Golf Carts. We went to several places, both here and in other states, and they had the best selection and the lowest pricing. Most importantly, they treated us with respect, were extremely knowledgeable, and went out of their way to help us find and configure a golf cart. Teddy was outstanding to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and Ultimate Golf Carts.

Counted on being able to rent a golf cart from this business. My partner called back in today and got a really snarky response that they need a 72 hour notice period. We had called with two days notice, after looking at their website and there being no terms listed there. This business did not call us back to let us know this term. We now are in a jam at our fundraiser tomorrow. I have a home in Aitkin as well. I will never recommend or use this business.

You would think when someone spends 7,000.00 on a silly toy that a company would call you with a update on your custom cart at least once during a month long build that still is missing parts 2 months later. (Nope) The guys building the carts seem to know what there doing but there customer service needs a lot of work. (Teddy is a nice enough guy, but seems to have a hard time with communication) The bathroom looked like someone was murdered in there. Not a good experience, and will not be recommending this company.

Horrible experience. They gave me damaged mechanise and refused to solve the issues after spending 8k. Don't do it!! Look elsewhere
