I love it here it's a great work environment. People are genuinely caring and willing to go out of their way to help or answer a question if needed. They have opportunities for growth and are open and value others opinions.
I worked at ICE for only a year and enjoyed every day of it. The atmosphere was professional but still laid back enough that you weren't afraid to joke around with one another. It really felt like we were a team, working towards the same goal. A lot was expected of us, but nothing that a naturally hard worker wouldn't be able to handle. They offer an excellent benefits package as well. If given the choice I would definitely work here again!
Ultra ICE is a great place to work. All the staff and my co-workers were super friendly and made it an engaging and comfortable environment to work in. The hours are good and flexible and the team leads/superiors are all easy to work with. The aeronautics products being worked on are also very interesting and the job gave a lot of insight into the design and assembly process of these parts. I would definitely recommend working here!!
