I’m a small customer. Went in looking for a few fittings and a quote to repair a couple of rods, and man, if I could bring them more business, I would. Super helpful staff in both parts and service departments, and they had what I needed without having to order. A win-win. I almost want to buy heavy machinery with broken hydraulics just so I can bring them more business.

At one time it was a great place. That time has passed. They have zero interest in customer service. Not worth you time.

My experience is the company is highly competent. They have a large array of work they have a large parts suplly, provide hydraulic pump and cylinder repair, rebuilds. They do disassemble and inspect parts when they come in to be sure there are no hidden issues. I was very happy with Carrie in the parts department and the company. No issues.

Tow Pros LLC.

Horrible experience. Brought one of my tow trucks there to get an electric motor installed. Should have been an hour job maximum. They charge me for 7 1/2 hours of labor to connect four wires. Not only did they charge me for 7 1/2 hours of work, they wired the electric motor wrong. The motor overheated forcing me to buy a new motor (300.00). I was able to do enough research on my own once they failed, and was able to install the motor in a half an hour myself. They cost me a little over 700. They also had my truck in their shop for two weeks costing me a few thousand as I was down a truck. Beware of Divine Hydraulics. They let a kid that was maybe 20 years old work on my truck. I paid for his learning experience. To top everything off, owner Brian Divine used derogatory language towards me and attempted physical confrontation leaving me no choice but to call the police to get my vehicle back. I would highly recommend Staying away from Divine Hydraulics.
