They were extremely easy to work with and very patient as it took us a few months and about 15 samples to decide on flooring. Both Dewayne & Tom offered suggestions on colors and provided information on products for our specific needs. The installer, Jake, really knew the product and provided exceptional service and an eye for detail.

The carpet looks great. The lvt looks fine. However, there were issues with the project that created headaches. 1. We paid for painted quarter round and the cut edges were not painted. Further, quarter round not put everywhere it was supposed to be. The caulking job was a mess. We had to go back and paint it all after we cleaned up the calk. 2. We paid for furniture moving. The beds were put back together without the support in the frame. No furniture was put back in the living room or dining room. The heavy kitchen table was left upside down on the counter. The couch was left in the middle of the room. The recliner was left in a bedroom. 3. The ice maker was not reconnected. We didn't even think about it or notice until it tried to run when someone was there. There were even dirty dishes in the sink when they were finished. I emailed the owner with my concerns and got no response.
