They have no regard for quality work or customer satisfaction, and leave you with nothing like they advertise or promise. They ignore my calls and have yet to issue a refund or offer an apology. I’m floored! Cost more to fix the damage done than they took for the damage. Oh- and watch them- they charged for twice the amount of hair they installed poorly. But I give one star for being fast! Haha
