The uniform store closes at 6:00pm & the door was locked at 5:35pm when I arrived yesterday. The employee said to me that \we are closed.\ I said \its not 6pm & I need 1 pair of Khaki pants for school tomorrow.\ He say again I can't we're close. I asked to speak to a manager over the phone they just kept me on hold. It's so ridiculous & unprofessional. I've been to multiple clothing stores & grocery stores and they don't lock their doors until 1 or 2 minutes before closing time.

Wasn't happy about having to stand outside, but because of theft I understand. Other than that the service was fast. I was assisted quickly, and was out in less than 10mins.

I have been lied to for days straight about school shirts for my child. The direct line is never answered and I am still waiting on shirts I was promised Saturday after 4pm. My child starts school Thursday and doesn't have a shirt yet. I am very annoyed with Logo Express and the way they lied about my son's order. I really hope Kipp has better plans for next year.

Love this store they are very friendly and helpful. There has never been a time that I wasn't greeted with a smile by the employees. Whoever runs this location does a great job!
