They “required” hand sanitizing prior to looking around. Not a big deal besides the fact that their “hand sanitizer” was home made and smelled absolutely horrid. I have washed my hands multiple times and the smell is still there! It was yellow and chunky and very suspicious. And the employee was overly annoying with her side comments. I only looked for about 2 minutes before leaving.

Customer service was great! The lady who helped me was very nice and even went out of her way to find the type of fabric I was looking for. Clothes were put in a very nice reusable bag and she even held the door for me. And the biggest plus was the great selection of scrubs and dressing rooms with actual doors and not curtains. Very nice store and people overall. Will definitely be shopping there again for all my scrub needs!

Great experience and amazing customer service. From the moment I walked in until I picked out my items, I received help every step of the way. This was my first time buying scrubs and the employee (I wish I got her name) spent so much time showing me around their huge variety. From different fabrics/styles to prices, I tried on a bit of everything and left very satisfied with the scrubs I picked out. I live out in Cheney and this place is definitely worth the drive.

Very courteous and professional! Couldn't have been more impressed. The selection of chef coats was decent and priced friendly! Even had some choices for a big and tall guy. Completely recommend going here.

I bought a pair of the timberland nursing shoes from here about 8 months ago. I was told they have a life time guarantee. One of my co workers bought the same shoes and was told the same thing. The shoes are now very uncomfortable and the lady at the store says they don't carry a warrantee after 30 days. I would never have spent 110 on a pair of shoes without the guarantee. I'm very upset about this. I and my co worker got false advertisement. I love this store but won't be back again.
