This is the worst shipper I have visited in a while westing your time I have appointment at 12:30 -16:00 showed up Ontime but just got dock after 3 hours don’t come early and you wil Be forced to come out your truck

Slow loading 3 hours here and still with no dock door. Don't book trucks if your loads aren't ready to go. We have families and a life that we would like to enjoy and not sit here and waste life.
