Very poor and unhelpful customer service. I have been calling this place for 6 months - since I bought my furniture and had a problem with a dresser drawer. It has 2 problems- it doesn't match and it doesn't fit. Debbie's solution to this is to order all 9 of the drawers/gliders to my dresser from different plants all over the country. She says the company won't let her order them all at once. Somehow, she is expecting them to match...? Today I called and she said they had all the drawers but one and that she wanted to schedule their repairman to come in January to replace them. I asked if anyone had opened the boxes to make sure they match. She said no... ?!!! This company doesn't seem to care at all about customer service. I always have to call- they don't call me back! It has been 6 months and my drawer still doesn't match and I still can't close it.
