I ordered the Brew Floors IV product to install on my commercial kitchen cooler floor. Being a brewpub myself and seeing positive reviews from other breweries I assumed this would be a good choice. While the product seems solid, I found the instructions we received for application to be seriously lacking. This was my first time working with an epoxy product, and we really struggled during install. The instructions were not detailed about how fast the epoxy sets and when you should and should not use certain tools. They don't give guidance on how the tools build up with curing epoxy and you might have to clean them (and how to be prepared for that). I ended up with a seriously flawed first layer of the Brew Floor IV and had to rent a diamond floor grinder to fix mistakes that could have been prevented with better instructions that provided more upfront knowledge. The marketing the company uses says o special skills for application\ but in practice you really need experience doing this type of floor and using this type of product as this manufacturer does not provide the upfront information needed to be prepared the challenges you can encounter when applying the product and you have 10 minutes to get it right before the product sets up.

And that made the application process so much easier. With the Ultra Fast Curing schedule, it didn't take anytime to complete the job. The finish on the floor looks remarkable. When we first thought about an epoxy floor, we thought for sure it would cost us a fortune. Brew Floors made it so easy for us to do it ourselves, we're thinking about trying it in other areas of our facility.
