We picked up our new camper yesterday and the service team was incredible. After walking me through all the details for an hour I spent another two hours checking every little detail. I didn’t find anything major wrong but they fixed any little thing I found on the spot. There was one component missing to install the 7 prong light/brake controller in the bed of my truck so they drove an hour round trip to an auto supply store to get the component I needed and installed it on the spot. I never expect things to be perfect and care most about how companies respond to resolve issues. Rachel, Adam, Jim, Victor, Dustin, and Selina did everything they could to make sure we could go home with our dream camper. I highly recommend this Campers Inn!!
We had an accident on the way to Florida and were able to limp to the dealership. They left a power cord out for as we arrived after hours. They were able to make needed repairs so we could continue on our way. Service Advisor Laurie was outstanding to work with. Grand Design field tech Mark was working there that day and he was a great help with parts needed and expert advice
This was our first time purchasing an RV. We had been to other dealers. I must say from the minute the pop up box asked how they could help, receptionist and Mike in sales, I felt welcomed and respected. All of our many, many questions were answered. It ended with our walk through (forgot his name but he was GREAT) with a very thorough, patient tech showing us every aspect of the vehicle. I would highly recommend!
We had a very positive experience. 5 stars to Laurie and Rachel in Parts & Service. Answered all our questions and helped us out. Mike in sales was great too. Worked with us through COVID and delivered our camper as promised. Finally, 10 stars for Michelle and her very polite and professional behavior answering all of my questions on the phone.
