Very impressed with the service department at Auto nation. I had a check engine light come on in my F350. I went to several dealerships that told me it would be at least a week before they could get a diesel tech to look at it. When I went to auto nation, they got me right in and corrected the issue within 3 hours. The technician also kept me informed of what he found and what he was going to do. From now on, I will always take my vehicle to Auto Nation.

Service department are always nice and friendly. They keep you informed at all times about your vehicle. Waiting area is very clean and comfortable. Sales department is clean as well. Charlie Eddie the sales rep is great. He is the best there. Mention Numecutz Barbershop when you go see him.

I am so grateful to finally get the Recall done on my vehicle after going to two different Ford Dealer ships who told me the computer to wouldn't work on vehicle to do reprogramming of modular. The new manager Charlie Filkins and his assistance James Briggs did a magnificent job in resolving the Recall Call problem and was able to fixed my car in a coupler of hours. They were very, very professional in their job, very courteous and provided a way back home and a ways back to dealer ship once they finished the Recall. I wish there is so way they can know about the magnificent job they did for my vehicle.

Easy to make appointments for car service. Service staff was very helpful, even when I had to come back to have a sensor reset. Recommend coming to Auto Nation in Union City, Ga.
