A necessary evil. The guys running deliveries are pretty cool other than that I have have nothing good to say about Hartung. One other thing, check your pricing. They charged me 3x the going rate on glass. I was in a hurry and didn't bother to check the invoice. Later I realized their \mistake\ and they offered me a credit. Since then, every time I go in for a pick up they don't apply the credit? MY CREDIT ( pre-paid overcharge ) has to be approved. Ironically when I mention the credit they act as if I'm trying to rip them off. I'm currently looking for another supplier.
Possibly the worst customer service in the history of this industry. Sales rep by the name of David Semple, received an order form us for several thousand pounds of glass per a quote he generated. We placed order. after two weeks we called to get a update as we had not received our order. Their office could not even find our purchase order. we resent it as well as aback up e-mail to David Semple. Another week went by and still no delivery. Another call and our order is once again unkown and can not be found. David Semple will not respond to numerous voice mails or E-Mails. We have not closed our account with Hartung Industries and could not dissuade every other potential client to look elsewhere with more conviction. They have cost my company both time and money and we feel they do not deserve a single customer present or future.
