Came in for an alignment and oil change. Had to ask for an alignment report. The report was reflected that the front passenger wheel was still misaligned. No explanation was given. This is not a thorough service. I also have an issue with my security light coming on and off on the dash. I was told it was an issue with my key fob even though the current key fob seemed to work fine. I replaced the key fob at 400. I still have the security light coming on and off so I basically spent almost 400 for no reason with no result and Nissan basically shrugged it's shoulders. I'll start taking my vehicle services elsewhere.

The finance department is shady. I was lied to on several occasions. Had to call corporate & had them listen in on the B.S. they were telling Me. Corporate was quiet for a few minutes & made a comment which then they did what was asked. The 800# asked if I wanted to file a complaint. My new truck will be taken to another store for all things needed.... My truck is da Stuff .... Want one I suggest any other dealers....
