The unbelievable authenticity and exquisiteness of the taste has many reasons, of course including the mastery with which the meat is cut (only when unfrozen,) the simplicity of the spices used, and the beauty of timeless classics the likes of which are rare even back home. Rare, unless of course you're blessed to be from a family that goes back generations and knows secrets like the value of lamb fat, making butter from this fat, and how to extract glands from meat in the process of carving it. not enough can be said about this truly authentic treasure from back home. All I will say is, you ain't known authentic tastes of Peshawar till you've been to Peshawar Kebabs.

Another addition to my Desi Halal restaurant list. It serves Pakistani cuisine with some veg and mostly non veg dishes. Offering dine in and dine out here. We tried Paya and Brain masala this time. They took bit more time to serve than usual but sorry to say it was totally worthless to wait too long for the dinner as Brain masala was salt less. Paya also didn't taste like as I expected. But the thing which is highly appreciated that they considered it when I complained about the Brain masala, they not only fixed it but didn't charge for it also. Anyways I will definitely try their other specialities like Chapali kababs and Karrahis etc.

Front desk tall guy talked very rudely Don't know how to talk , needs to go back to kindergarten Beef qeema was oil and watery. The amount of money we paid for three items was just a waste. The quantity was so little.
