My dealership purchased a vehicle from here. They are not familiar with the paperwork process. I received a title not signed nor with a title reassignment form. It’s been over 30 days from purchase. I had to pay shipping cost to send the title back to get signature. Owner signed a title reassignment but not the title “again.” When I contacted him, I mentioned I would have to send it again but this time I am requesting 14.90 shipping fees reimbursed because it his mistake. His response was: “We are not responsible for any shipping cost.” That’s all he responded. As a business owner if I make an error I would prefer being fair then losing a customer. I can take the loss, but definitely will never purchase a vehicle from this lot again. Bad business. Plus he isn’t willing to fix his error.

It’s a small world. I was looking to buy a vehicle today and received more. The young lady who answered the phone was Sandee. She gathered the info, made sure a Salesman called, then phone me to make sure they followed up. Most people never care if the costumer is taken care of via phone. It’s hard to get great customer service when you are actually at a dealer. For you to take the time to follow up with your clients after being in this industry over 20 years shows dedication and humility! Thanks for my experience with speed auto sales, bc of you Sandee, I can look forward to my purchase. Thanks again.
