Despicable place that has ALLPOINT ATM that pretends to dispense money but money “gets stuck” sad and I will never patronize this store. If u have a bad ATM then get rid of it. Sick people. BAD TERRIBLE.

Initially I encountered a “hiccup” at the photo shop. Nicole Porter (a Manager) thought enough to call me and rectify what I believed was a problem. As a customer the respect and professionalism was much appreciated. Her resolution renewed my feelings because I had sworn to never shop this store again. Thank you Nicole!!!

The store manager is rude and impolite. I feel sorry for anyone working under her. The bathrooms are not clean and I saw a mouse running around the store. Walgreens has dropped in its care for customers and the cut backs are really starting to show.

Very rude manager on Thursday 09/12 evening shift. Gave everyone an attitude about buying gift cards. Used my credit card and pin to purchase gift cards. AFTER the transaction was done she chastised the employee for not asking for my ID. Yelled from the other register “it’s very simple, why are you making it complicated “. Very unprofessional. I didn’t realize I left my ID at my daughter’s school after picking her up. The manager literally reversed my already approved transaction therefore locking up 600 on my Corporate account. She really left me in a bad place. Ironically I was picking up the gift cards to reward my employees for a job well done. The poor employee was afraid. The manager proceeded to give two additional customers problems and did not allow them to buy their gift cards either even the man paying with cash. Nasty service.
