I thought I had found the containers I needed at a reasonable price. I was not told shipping costs until after they were charged to me and shipped. For reference, I am in Canada, and have an american shipping address that I could have used had I known the cost. I received a receipt for 461 in Shipping on an 1100.00 order. Then I received a further 261 bill from UPS as the original amount apparently didn't even cover brokerage. So now I have paid 722.00 in Shipping costs for an 1100 order meaning I paid 65% of the total cost of the order on shipping. Very disappointing and I certainly will not order from this company again in the future.

Recently started working for a client of Elemental Container inc. Not at all impressed with Elemental Containers work. They are disorganized, unprofessional, can't keep up with moderate demand, the counts of stoppers/caps is always short (by about 17). They also have no respect or care for clients that have been with them for TWO decades. It's pretty much what you should expect from a French run company
