A total rip Off company. We gave a deposit to have our pond installed, service never happen. Jim has been avoiding our calls for 9 months. 6500. they stole. I have called you several times in the past 48 hours,(02/16/2021) was the start of me calling again. There has been no answer, based off you not answering again you're only replying to this review in this matter to scam more families.

Zero stars if I could have. I called and left a message the 1st time and got a call back about a week later. On the call back I described approximate dimensions and thought I would need a rebuild of my current pond and waterfall. (I recently bought this home and when I ran the pump for a few hours the pond lost all it's water). Rather than coming about 8 miles to check it out I was asked to take pictures and email them over. I've never gotten a bid in such a manner, but did as told. They had my info. Been about 2 months and never heard back. I don't know.....maybe they only want the work when they need the money. Some people are that way. Ah well
