Haven't been there a few years, and it's just not what I remember it being. It seemed the selection was just nothing. Prices are way too high. Knowledgeable staff. Very friendly transgendered checkout person. I'd definitely go back just to see that smiling face.

A week ago was my first time in this particular store and I was amazed at how tidy and organized it was. Today it was not quite as organized but it was late afternoon and Thanksgiving is 2 days away. The people are very nice and helpful. And even though it wasn't as organized as last week it was still clean and mostly organized. Definitely the nicest of all of the stores I have been in. From the East Side of the State to all of them in this area.
Great place like always. They price match, even their own website. The store was clean. The animals are well cared for. The shelves are stocked. The cashier was fast and friendly. The parking lot is easy to get in and out of. They have a nice selection of pet food from high end to cheap. I was asked if I needed help by 2 different workers.
The Petco store is clean and well organized. The staff is friendly and very helpful! I really like shopping there and I feel comfortable with their suggestions for food and such to keep my cats healthy and happy.
decent price on an item and contacted online chat to see why a discount was not being applied as the site claimed. the agent checked my cart and the sale exclusions. my item was not excluded so they issued reward bucks to use to meet the discount ! great job by the agent to remedy the error
