I'm proud to live in a city where a Union Kitchen exists. Nestled in the heart of Ivy City in NE DC, Union Kitchen is a place for DC food and beverage start ups to use an industrial kitchen and a city wide distribution system to get their product to market. There are 50 members from businesses making anything from cotton candy to chocolate to ice cream. Union Kitchen has a grocery store near Union Station called Union Kitchen Grocery and it's amazing! From time to time, Union Kitchen opens to the public for fun tasting events. If you can snag a ticket, I highly recommend it!
