This was a nightmare from the beginning. We came to look at an Alfa ready to pay. Cash. Over two hours later we were still sitting there and they kept talking about more paperwork and somebody would do something and blah blah blah. By this time my bank was closed to get the money transferred so I put down 2500 on a credit card and said that I would do it the next day. When I came the next day they said the car would be ready to drive out. Well guess what. It wasn’t. Not to mention that they tried to swipe my card for the full amount and I had already put down 2500 and they were arguing about whether they had proof of that. This place is extremely unorganized, so if you want to come here and buy a car plan to spend several hours. Never again.

From the moment I got there, to that moment when I drove away with my new Alfa Romeo Giulia Sport, I received excellent service. Andrea was a rock star and she was able to provide me with information and made the process very smooth. Highly recommended dealership. I'll be taking my car here for services in the future.

I spent all day talking to a sales rep Carmen Arellano about a vehicle I was interested in. I communicated I’d be coming from Huntsville Alabama and was advised she’d hold the vehicle until I could fly in. She randomly called to tell me that she didn’t know her coworker showed the vehicle but that it didn’t matter because they weren’t approved anyway. I said awesome because I have my pre approval and that I am flying in. I stressed the importance of making sure I could get the vehicle because I paid for a plane ticket and a rental car just to come get the car. I was told no problem. The flight delayed and a thunderstorm caused a ground stop in Orlando so my flight which originally scheduled to get in at 2 made me late and I arrived at 4. When I saw the delay I called and asked should I still come or get my money back. She said no worries still come. 7 minutes out she text me to tell me someone else got the car. I was devastated and disappointed. I asked her hey how’d that happen when you told me that I still needed to fly over 500 miles and that it would still be okay. DO NOT DO BUSINESSES with these people. I asked for a manager and one wouldn’t come speak with me. I just wanted to understand how I was given the reassurance to fly in and get the car for it to be purchased. Bad business and not even an apology. All the money wasted.

My Fiancé and I had a Wonderful Experience at Alfa Romeo because of Carmen Arellano!! We drove from New Orleans worst car ride ever I may add, but the Overall Experience, Great customers service and Red Carpet Treatment was well worth it. Needless to say, Our Car ride home was a breeze!!! Thanks Carmen!!!!!

The worst Alpha Romeo Dealer in the US!! They don't care about you and your safety. I took my Alpha Romeo Giulia on March 25th for a service because the original Pirelli tire that came with the car was with a problem. Casey from service department contacted me later to inform they couldn't repair/replace the tire with my 3-on-1 insurance that covers damages on tires because it was a structural problem with the Pirelli tire. He suggested me to purchased a new tire and Greenway would send the tire for Pirelli requiring the refund because it was a structural problem of the tire. I have waited since March 25th for an answer, I could only talk with Casey for 2 times and he always promised me to call me back in some minutes with an answer but he never called me back. After I left 18 messages in different days in 4 months for Casey and the service manager, the Greenway associate suggested to reach Aaron, the parts manager, and she also left a message to him to contact me on the next day. As a common behavior of Greenway associates, Aaron never called me back. Greenway, Pirelli and Alpha Romeo put my family in risk when they installed a defected tire with structural problem in my car, problem even recognized by the insurance company when the claim was opened for the tire replacement.
