Have been shopping local gyms for 6 weeks now (LA fitness, Xperience and Anytime). If you like being around other wealthy people packed in like animals and want to pump your hard earned money into cattle-like treadmills, yet wonder why some areas of the gym are 'off-limits', try -x. If you want to fumble for your ID nervously and have the staff inevitably mock you as they 'power trip' you back home to retrieve it, only to return in 3 weeks because you're hoping the staff has forgotten that episode, try -y. If you have a local couple regret purchasing a Franchise (in this case an investment gym) and want you to sign up for a long term contract, try -z. But. But... if your gymnasium trains Olympic Athletes and is committed to personalization. And seemingly ONLY cares about your welfare/health/fitness and diet, try the owner at Undisputed. 'You dropped 150 Grand on an education you could've got for 1.50 in late charges from the public library...' comes to mind. Go there. Meet him. Decide for yourself what you value. Have a nice day (be nice).

I started Crossfit at Undisputed Strength and Conditioning over a year ago after spending years at other gyms. It’s amazing how much the coaches and other members care about how well everyone does; not just how they are doing individually (which you don’t find at every gym). I am also amazed how much stronger I have come in the last year which is part my own motivation, but part the supportive environment is at Undisputed. If you want to not only meet your fitness goals, but want to meet some awesome people along the way, come check us out!! You’ll be glad you did!
I love this gym! Such an amazing group of people and coaches. Great spot for Olympic Weightlifting, crossfit and nutrition. If you're looking for a place to help you change your life, this is it!
There are so many great things to say about this gym. I have never experienced such a supportive environment. I am constantly pushed outside my comfort zone and love it. I am always amazed at what I can accomplish. Every athlete in the gym works hard and pushes themselves to always do better. One of the coolest things about the gym is the energy and support. No athlete does a workout without fellow gym members cheering them on, offering encouragement to push harder or jumping in to do those final burpees with you. USC has THE BEST coaches, hands down. Not only are they incredibly skilled they are also really cool people. They will always have your back. They have an amazing ability to always have an eye on you and are quick to offer education, a much needed push or a rewarding high five. If you show up willing to work, you WILL see results in your skills, performance, energy and attitude. Don't be afraid... try it!
Awesome community with amazing leadership. I've known the owners for a few years now and they have been nothing but a class act. Highly recommend dropping by and checking it out.
Not only has this gym given me a love for CrossFit, but it's given me a family. Each coach here pours their heart and soul into every single member to help them achieve their individual dreams and goals, whatever they may be. This has been the case for me as well as many others, I'm sure. I never knew how fun, dynamic, intense, rewarding, or motivating and inspiring working out could be. I come in the gym every day feeling excited to be with my undisputed family and to tackle the workout for the day. And on the days when I do come in tired and already feeling defeated, the atmosphere, the members, and the coaches never fails to help me switch that attitude around and turn it into a day of hard work and training and good times. I would recommend this gym to anyone who is thinking about joining CrossFit or even just wants to try something new and start making a lifestyle change. Come try it out because it's totally not what you expect and it has something to offer everyone!!
