if i could give them a negative star 1,000 times i would 10 fold. i ordered a forklift in 2018 from them when they were still called Buffalo forklift. i still to this day have not received it. i unfortunately had to use a financing company to purchase the forklift so i have been paying or a forklift i do not have for 3 years now. no one over there has a fully functioning brain. i even had to involve my lawyer to have someone answer me at this company. finally someone answered me after 2 years! and told me i would have my forklift last month. still nothing. i have called and emailed the owner no less, Arcangelo over 100 times in the past 6 months and still nothing. i would never in a million year purchase something from them again if my life depended on it. for the love of your sanity use a different equipment company to purchase from. so unprofessional it is sickening.

Beware of this company!! Our company RLD Transportation, Inc. is a transportation broker firm that specializes in shipping forklifts and machinery throughout the United States. United Lift Equipment formerly known as Buffalo Forklift, hired us on multiple occasions to have their equipment shipped from point A to Point B. To date we have shipped 17 loads for them dating back to 2/27/2020, without receiving a penny. Multiple attempts, between emails and calls have been made to give them an opportunity to make a payment on their account or arrange a payment agreement. The owner Arcangelo Capozzolo has been called directly many times in hopes to pay his debt, with no indication that he plans on settling this debt. We do not receive any responses from him or anyone located within their facility. They currently owe our company over 22,000. This is warning to anyone who is thinking about purchasing from them. Unfortunately we are left with no choice but to pursue further action to collect on this debt. I would advise anyone to proceed with caution especially if you are asked to pay for your equipment upfront. This is morally wrong and terrible business ethnics, which is going to have a very negative impact on his company.
