Dealing with Teri has been great! She's always doing her best to get us what we need even with the short notice we so often come across. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the issues with invoices. Other than that, dealing with this UR location has been great!!

I recently Opened a new hockey rink in Willowbrook. I needed lots of equipment to get opened on time. Every day not open, cost us tons of money. Nicole B. took great care of us, not sure if we would have opened on time with out her. The drivers Mark and Brian were very professional and made sure I knew how to operate all the gear safely. They are my go to rental company.
Amy Horn and this branch is the best United Rentals group I have ever dealt with. Equipment shows up on time and it’s in very good shape. Amy gets back to you very quickly with any questions you have. I highly recommend using this branch for rental equipment.
Meh. Cooling unit had a broken tie down. Check your equipment next time. Get ready to be on their Spam mailing list too when done.
