Extremely impressed -- I'm an engineer so I have rented equipment from other locations in the past, best up-front customer service I have ever received from a rental store!!! I worked with Chris S. to rent a 50ft articulating boom lift. He went above and beyond to talk through options (50ft vs 60ft), job site location, detailed weight and access questions (across my concrete driveway) etc... This was not just Option A vs. Option B, he really showed a high level of technical knowledge and customer service as he answer my questions and tried to help me select the best unit for my specific needs. Plus, this was not an 'up-sell' the best unit was actually lower cost. This is the kind of service that will keep me coming back for my next rental needs.

Had a roof job we need a lull for. Got it for monthly rate. We had it for 3 months and 10 days (-). They stopped the monthly rate and charged us weekly then daily....to an amount OVER the monthly charge we initially had...guy on end of phone was rude enough to get hung up on after talking over any questions we had, refused a prorate (even got angry at the notion)... I mean, SUNBELT will be seeing us for ANY rental we need. Never again UR. Never again. Review your contract folks. AND ASK QUESTIONS PRIOR TO RENTAL. Too many extra charges
Very knowledgeable and professional staff. Equipment is in good shape. Overall good experience but pricey.
Charles took great care of me. He is very friendly, and was attentive to my needs.
