John and his Gainesville/Jacksonville group were great in helping me with our well point system. Especially Ken the service technician, really educated me on the pumps and how to monitor them. Dutch the tow truck driver that was not an employee helped me change out one pump and get it on line. Above and beyond the call of duty.
