We came in to rent a trailer for a steel tank, and although we were in there because of wiring issues and lights for two hours, the staff were in a good mood and were able to get us going. Great guys! They even filled the truck's tires as they were low on air!

It was easy and convenient to order and pickup.
My son reserved a generator 3 weeks for a week long camping trip. The person at United rentals told him we needed to pick it up at 3:30 on July 3rd. We arrived at their location at 3:30 As instructed and the place was closed up tight. No one around. And now we have to try to find a generator in the next hour before all the other rental stores close for the holiday weekend. We will never use the services of United rental again. Absolutely a terrible experience.
