I recently reached out to different vendors for equipment rentals and the best customer service came from Raul G. He is an outside salesman who just happened to be in the office when I called. What I appreciated is that he didn't put me on hold to wait for inside sales. He answered all my questions and made suggestions to help keep cost down. After picking up equipment and starting the job after store hours, we had a problem. Raul answered the call and so did the office. They sent out equipment to replace within an 1.5hrs. That is pretty impressive. Usually I would be told I have to wait til morning. The job was crazy but everyone at this branch helped me get the job done. Even the manager Marvin, called to make sure we were taken care of. Customer service goes a long way with my family and me. We are glad to be a part of United Rentals customers.

Very bad experience with Brownsville location. We were quoted a price for a lift, so then our company quoted our customer that same price. We rented lift for one day only and paid what we were quoted. Months later we are getting a call from collections letting us know that we have a balance. I called area manager \Marvin\ and said that they had made a mistake and quoted us for a monthly rate not a daily rate. So I'm being sent to collections for United Rentals mistake. Marvin (area manager) then said just pay it and we will drop the late chargers. Who would ever tell a customer that after admitting their mistake. Sad part is we were recommended by one of there large accounts. Never again!!!
