Had issue requesting pickup on app. Evidently it did not work the 1st time I did it. Hydraulic acc. lines were extremely difficult to connect and disconnect. Skid steer "quick attach" did not work initially I had to fix and lube.

Great service, very quick and patient with us. We were going back and forth on purchasing vs renting a piece of equipment. Nicholas K. was very knowledgeable, and helped me figure out which piece of equipment I needed. We ended up renting. I was able to get a next day rental in which most other rental companies didn't even have in stock. The delivery of the equipment came early, was set nicely on site and even was texted during the process. 5/5 stars, great company to rent from!
I have worked with Joey, Jake and Valerie on some pretty large projects. The service I receive is nothing short of amazing. Super quick response times when I have a question. If I need to change out equipment, they are on it that day. They find solutions on those tougher projects. I would never use anyone else for my equipment needs. They have been an asset.
These people are AWESOME! Came in to rent a mini-skid steer for just a brief rental. They went out of their way to help us. When I was going to have to buy a new hitch to tow it with they even went so far as to deliver and leave me a hitch to return it. I have never had the quality of customer service they provided at any other rental company. Make these guys your first choice!!!
The Boise United Rentals team is fantastic. I am not a contractor but do several DIY projects each year. United Rental in Boise is the only rental company I will use going forward. The staff is always helpful and willing to work you.
