NES Rentals Cordova branch preformed a bait and switch on us with equipment pricing. Their quote for an 8,000 lb. forklift was competitive with Weisee and United, but we were sent a 5,000 lb. forklift that nearly injured our operator. When we filed a complaint, we were eventually sent an 8,000 lb. forklift, but it was after our time-sensitive deadline had passed. NES then billed us for the full time-period for both the 5,000 lb. and 8,000 lb. forklifts. If you value safety, on-time delivery, honest pricing, and customer service, you should rent elsewhere.
