Today we had a scissor lift delivered to us and I called the TUKWILA branch and spoke with Jordan today about a few questions on operation. He was so patient. Professional and went through each step with an explanation and also gave reminders of safety while explaining these steps to me. His customer service was excellent and he didn’t make me feel rushed when I was a bit overwhelmed operating it in the moment. Thank you Jordan.

Was working out of state for a month and 1 of my personally owned 3219 scissor lifts broke down twice within that period. Both times they fixed it within the same day. Awsome job!
