I like this branch. Willie and Inette have always been good to me in retrieving priority mail packages. Their hard work is very much underappreciated. I'm thinking of writing a complimentary letter to the postmaster in pompano about this branch. And my mail carrier Susie (route number 81)is very very nice

Looks like someone spilled coffee on it but didn't care to clean it. It was sticky and nasty!
These people give a new definition to the word incompetent. I paid for registered mail on January 25. A month later they still can’t ascertain where my parcel is. Absolutely useless.
This is the worst location. I’ve walked in and no customers are at their desk ask a question and they literally ignored me just continue to chit chat. I am able to print my shipping labels from home but the box is always full so I cannot drop my packages off.
It takes me hours to mail one thing, the staff is horrible, and it is so packed no Covid-19 safety regulations! WORST POST OFFICE EVER!
