IF I COULD JUST GIVE 0 STAR I WOULD BUT THERE IS NO OPTION TO CHOOSE. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!! THE FRONT STAFF THAT WORKS HERE ARE RUDE, UNFRIENDLY, AND DONT WANT TO WORK!!! ON TOP OF THAT EVERY TIME I DROP OFF A PACKAGE THEY ARE A MONTH LATE TO GET TO THE DESTINATION!! COMPARED TO THE NEARBY OFFICES IT ARRIVES ONLY FEW DAYS. THEN THEY ARE ALWAYS ON THE THEIR CELLPHONE CHATTING AND LET THE CUSTOMER WAIT. HORRIBLE!!! STAFF NEEDS TO BE FIRED AND HIRE NEW ONE'S INCOMPETENT PEOPLE!!

I dropped a prepaid package off on Dec 15th and it’s just sitting in their possession! They could atleast ship it out. I called and their not answering for me to check in and see if their is an issue. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS POST OFFICE.

Arrived here on December 1st to deliver a package to a customer I sold to on Ebay. Almost 2 weeks later tracking still displays as "USPS in possession of item", last updated on December 1st. My customer now believes I am scamming him because tracking has yet to update. Customer service is non-existant, as I'm unable to reach anybody on the phone to try and attempt to see if my package has even shipped.

ON October 7, 2020 I sent a letter from that location priority mail which is 2 to 3 days deliver. Why it took them 10 days to mail this letter. So I when back there to speak to the supervisor on October 15, 2020 the supervisor was on leave, the act supervisor was at lunch. The lady who waited on me had a attitude. She was the one who waiting on me October 7, 2020. Do not use this post they do not send mail out promptly. They do not deserved even 1 star!

Customers Using the Prepaid Cart for Drop Off at the Odenton Post Office be Aware! Prepaid customers should not use the drop off cart. They should wait in the customer service line and get a receipt. I dropped a package off on Monday, Dec 14, 20 around noon. I intended to place it in the pre-paid cart in the lobby, but it was full. So, I handed it to a postal worker. I saw him put it in another cart without scanning it. There has been no activity on the tracking number since I dropped the package off. I went to the Odenton Post Office this morning and talked to the person I gave the package to, and I was informed that some packages are missed in the incoming scanning process. They were not helpful at all and advised me that I should wait in the customer service line and have my packages scanned at the counter and get a receipt. Believe me, that is what I intend to do in the future. I am very distressed about this situation. I just hope that the package is on it's way and will get scanned as it passes thru another USPS facility. I have my doubts. I have two other packages I left in the prepaid bin that are lost. They were scanned at Odenton, but there has been no activity on them for more than 10 days. One package arrived damaged. This package was not scanned at all.

I just called because it said my package tracking shows it in this post office for over 2 weeks but apparently they don't diliver packages? USPS should take amazon lessons.

Alice, Sheila, and Shantrell are always there to help this millennial figure out the post office goings-ons necessary for me to mail everything from government forms to packages for my niece. I love my visits to this location and all of the comfort they offer through my confusion at how to mail things one way or the other! They are there every time I go in and deserve more than a 5 star review can offer.

I have been going to this Post office weekly for the past year and I can say I have always experienced professional support and respectful behavior from every staff member. I respect them for their patience because they deal with people daily and an assortment of different postal situations that they may or may not handle. When they don't handle a certain situation, I have always been given proper instructions on what to do next for resolving the issue. The staff takes the time to address your needs and go above and beyond. This location does experience high peak hours and still maintains their patience and respectfulness. What some of us don't understand is that just because they work at a USPS LOCATION....they are not responsible for your mail carriers actions or mail arriving in time. I know from a fact that they scan packages daily and it's up to the mail carrier to get the package in route for transit...not the USPS customer service cashier. Please don't hold them liable for EVERYTHING!! ALWAYS CALL 800- USPS FOR FURTHER ASSISTANCE. ;)
